Remembering Ken Saro-Wiwa Jr.

Ken Saro-Wiwa Jr. (also known as Ken Wiwa) was an important thinker and human-rights activist, whose wit spoke for the very heart of people in the Niger Delta. Ken passed on October 18th, 2016, of a stroke in London. He leaves behind his wife, Olivia Saro-Wiwa, and their two sons, Felix and Suanu.

The family encourages you to read about and engage with the Ken Saro-Wiwa Centre through the website for the foundation, which will be shaped by the philosophy of subsequent generations. Ken Jr. was in the process of launching and supporting the establishment of an innovation incubation hub in Port Harcourt.
